Practice Manager Morpeth

As our small group of practices expands, we have created a new opportunity within our practice in Amble for someone to manage the practice and lead our team.

We offer a broad range of dental care including implants, orthodontics and sedation, to a mix of NHS and Private patients with an increase in our NHS contract from December.

As a Practice Manager you’ll be benefiting from an experienced practice team, support from the group’s business manager and a very competitive salary working 4 days per week.

The role of a Practice Manager:

  • Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
  • Monitoring KPIs & support clinicians to achieve their targets
  • Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
  • Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines (as the CQC registered manager)
  • Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff

We’re looking for a Practice Manager that’s:

  • Commercially minded individual
  • Confident leading a team of around 20 staff
  • Understanding how to generate income and control costs
  • Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
  • Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients and your practice team
  • Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries

Dental Practice Manager – Wolverhampton

Are you a Dental practice Manager looking for a new challenge?

We are a friendly progressive dental practice, looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dental practice manager to lead our team.

 The successful candidate will be expected to be both knowledgeable and confident to undertake the following tasks:

  • Manage CQC, Health & Safety, HTM 01-05 and Information Governance compliance.
  • Supervise and lead a small team and oversee certain HR functions including recruitment, retention, performance and appraisal.
  • Manage invoicing, associate payments, lab bills and submission of payroll.
  • Monitor NHS/Private performance and report to the Directors.
  • Chair staff meetings, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
  • Oversee ordering of materials, equipment repairs and general property maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage open courses of treatment; patient recalls and bad debts.
  • Oversee practice audit processes and provide a report to the Directors and wider team.

What the role involves;

This role is target based on the number of leads that are converted into actual sales. The selling will be both phone and face to face based.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research, compile and maintain lists of prospective customers through our marketing campaigns, to identify and generate leads
  • Contact customers to arrange demonstrations, follow up on sales and communicate product information
  • Represent the Company at seminars and trade fairs as required

To succeed you will need;

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a reputable company ideally with a focus on digital content, software as a service or marketing promotions. We are looking for consistency in your CV.
  • Proven achieved sales targets that you can clearly demonstrate your part in the overall sales cycles and attribution to revenue.
  • Able to cross sell different products and understand KPIS for each product and sales cycle.
  • Ideally an interest in the Dental and Healthcare industries.

Practice Manager – London

We are a very friendly mixed dental practice situated in London looking to employ  a qualified  practice manager to be a part of our team.

·       It is easy access to the practice and free parking is available.

·       Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.50am -5.20pm(1 to 2pm for lunch ).

·       Rate of pay varies depending on the position chosen and experience.

·       The applicants should be registered with the GDC and must have all their immunizations up to date.
