If you go on http://www.psnc.org.uk/pages/ig.hmtl you will find the PSNC have given permission for us to use their template policies and this covers a lot of the IG requirements.

I used the Information Mapping Tool guidance to help me with this, which can be found in knowledge base resources on the IG website.
