Dental Practice Manager – Fulltime Permanent – Suffolk
We are looking for a dental practice manager to join our practice. Dental experience preferred but training can be given for the right candidate.
What is the job?
As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving your practice’s performance by delivering set objectives relating to patient care, revenue targets, KPIs and cost management. You will recruit, retain and directly manage a team of professional self-employed Clinicians plus the employed support staff on site; Nurses, Receptionists and Cleaners. A Practice Manager is responsible for audit and financial processes which must be completed to company and CQC standards.

You can expect to earn £24,960 to £37,000
Up to £10,000 bonus
50% KPI target achieved – bonus £2500
75% KPI target achieved – bonus £5000
100% KPI target achieved – bonus £10,000
if you achieve the target this year then next year then hike in base salary
50% KPI target achieved – 1% hike
75% KPI target achieved – 3% hike
100% KPI target achieved – 5%
Bonus to increase in same percentile – Bonus rules to remain as before
Salary negotiable depending on experience. This is a full-time role.
You’ll usually work a regular 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday week, though you may on occasion have to work longer and on weekends to meet a project deadline or when attending an event or conference.
Flexible working may be possible.
