The Role
General day-to-day running of the practice: rotas, CQC, payroll, recruitment and appraisals.
Reporting ā SOE, finance reports as per the accountantsā instructions.
Organising and supporting staff development and training.
Driving the business forward by identifying areas of growth, pursuing innovative and creative ideas to propel the organisation forwards.
Supporting with HR activities including, but not limited to, new employee onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, meeting and greeting candidates etc.
General practice support including patient management.
Leading by example and acting as a role model to the wider team to enable their growth, experience and development in their roles.

Originally called The Leicester Street Practice, the building has been an operational dental practice since 1923. Covent Garden – Practice Manager
A fantastic opportunity has just become available at our Award Winning multi disciplinary 3 surgery private dental practice for a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestige dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and human resources aspects of the practice to ensure its smooth and efficient operation, whilst working closely with the dental team to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
ļ· Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including overseeing staff, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
ļ· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice management.
ļ· Ensure compliance, regulations and standards are being carried out.
ļ· Manage the financial aspects of the practice,
ļ· Coordinate with the dental team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
ļ· Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
ļ· Experience in dental administration and dental nursing
ļ· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
ļ· Knowledge of SOE
ļ· Familiarity with CQC regulations and standards
ļ· Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and patients.
ļ· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
ļ· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.
3-5 days a week which must include Mondays.Ā Starting as soon as possible.
